Workforce Readiness

The Rockford Area SHRM would like to share a great resource for local and state employment statistics.  The Illinois Department of Economic Security (IDES) has a new Quarterly Newsletter that is available upon request.  It provides interesting statistics on unemployment and other information related to state and local industries.

For example, did you know that in October of 2019, total nonfarm employment in Rockford increased by +1,000 compared to October of 2018?
