Rockford Area SHRM- LEGAL CASE REVIEW

Attorney Kevin Luther will give break out groups a statement of facts that mirror recent significant cases on various employment law topics.  Each group will have a spokesperson outline their group's conclusions and reasoning. He will then explain what they decided in the courtroom and their reasoning behind the decisions.

This process will help HR professionals develop the skills they need to be a valuable business partner within their organizations so they can avoid potential legal issues.
