Is Your 401(k) Working? - 5 Strategies to Meet the Needs of Your Participants

The statistics are grim. Most people are unable to retire and their 401(k) plan has failed them. Studies show that improving the retirement outcomes through the company 401(k) plan can reduce costs at a company over the long run. How do you help your employees and does it make sense for the company to invest more into the 401(k) plan to do it? Seminars and more education have typically been the answer but have barely moved the needle in improved participant outcomes. Join us as we discuss 5 strategies that can help you, the plan sponsor, best help your employees plan for retirement.
