Project Management for HR Professionals

We all juggle multiple projects at one time, right? Well, Jeff Fahrenwald, Director of Rockford University's MBA Program, will give us practical methods and tools to better manage projects in an organized and effective way.

• Identify challenges HR professionals face when managing projects
• Develop personal strategies for more effective project management

About Jeff Fahrenwald - 
Director, MBA Program; Associate Professor of Economics, Business, and Accounting

In addition to directing the MBA Program, Jeff teaches classes at both the undergraduate level and graduate level including Leadership, Management, Human Resources Management, Operations Management and Strategic Planning. 

Jeff has acted as a consultant, trainer and coach with over 100 local and regional profit, non-profit, and government organizations.  Jeff’s training and coaching centers around leadership development, organizational development, strategic planning, management, and communications. 

Jeff is an active contributor in the Rockford community.  He currently is Chair of the board for Rockford Local Development Corporation, Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for the Montessori Private Academy and a Member of Rockford Aquarium and Rockford Rotary boards, and serves on committees for Alignment Rockford, Transform Rockford and Mosaic.  Additionally Jeff serves as Secretary of the Board for NAMS and as advisory board member for MBAA.
