Jill has been a member of National SHRM since 2005 and has been with Rockford SHRM since 2008.  Jill served as the V.P. of Membership prior to her current role as President. She values learning from other HR professionals and being able to share her knowledge in the field.

Jill has been a Human Resource professional for 15 years and in her current position with Wesley Willows she is responsible for directing corporate wide employment processes including recruitment, selection, training, safety, benefits, and organizational development.  She has a Master of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management.  Jill is an Adjunct Instructor for Judson University, where she instucts courses in Human Resource Management. She also is an instructor for the HRCI preparation courses at Northern Illinois University. In her personal time she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and reading.
