Kim Crull, Partner, & Steve Jordan, Manager, both from Wipfli, LLP will be presenting "Financial Acumen for the HR Professional"
HR professionals must be comfortable with the language and key principles of finance if they are to achieve true strategic impact and be accepted as credible business partners by their senior non-HR colleagues. Become familiar with financial terms and concepts and express in financial terms the rationale for, and implications of, their own HR activities and interventions. With a better understanding of finance, gain valuable insight into your organizations strategy and increase the value HR brings to the table.
