Biography
Mike Mastroianni, M.A.T, is President of Rock Valley College. Before his recent assignment, Mike was the Vice President for Career and Technical Education/Outreach for the College, where he was responsible for programs and classes leading to employment in the community. Mike has served in other leadership roles at the College over several areas including Human Resources.
Mike was a principal and partner at Management Resource Group, a full service HR consulting firm. In addition to his national speaking and consulting experience, Mike also served as VP of HR for an educational association and has held key positions in health care Human Resources. His most recent book, co-authored with Norm Dasenbrook MS, LCPC, is “Harnessing the Power of Conflict: Leading, Living, Learning.”
