Human Resources Business Partner - FHN

    Duties & Responsibilities include:

    The Human Resources Business Partner functions as a fully integrated partner to assigned department's business operation by providing comprehensive human resource consultation and full cycle HR support services with the express purpose of maximizing the effectiveness of business and human resources processes that promote the organization's strategic objectives.

    This position will align human resources priorities with the business agenda by delivering comprehensive and fully integrating human resources programs and services.

    Will partner with other HR functions to identify, develop, and deliver projects to align with business objectives and to address FHN staff needs.

    Preferred Education, Background & Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance Required.  MBA preferred (must be willing to complete MBA with designated timeline).  5-7 years HR or operational experience. Combination of healthcare and non-healthcare experience preferred.

    Superior written oral, and platform communication skills, attention to detail and delivery of high quality work, ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to learn quickly, establish credibility, and influence others.  Must have a commitment to excellence and making a difference.  Mediation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills required.

    Shift: 8:30am-5pm
