Zach Rice is the Director of Employee Benefits - Rockford at M3 Insurance, specializing in employee benefits consulting. He builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier partners, helping organizations design and implement effective benefit programs that align with their evolving needs.
In addition to managing and growing his book of business, Rice leads employee benefits efforts in Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. He collaborates with the M3 Rockford team to drive business development, execute market strategies, and foster key partnerships with business leaders, insurers, and community organizations.
Rice holds a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing from Illinois State University and has 17+ years of industry experience, including roles with a national brokerage consulting firm and on the insurance carrier side, specializing in medical, life, disability, and absence management.
