In today's competitive marketplace, leadership development can be a key differentiating business strategy. Across sectors and industries, our employees are yearning for leaders who have both the competence and character to create purpose-driven workplaces: environments where our teams are aligned to a vision for impact, and where we champion a people-first culture. We all have the opportunity to develop this type of leader…and to be one ourselves.

In this session, the key takeaways are how to:

    • Generate trust through vulnerability
    • Drive performance with purpose
    • Create fulfillment through community
