Join us for a great opportunity to gain 4 Business Credits while learning the steps to conduct effective strategic planning. This four-hour workshop will be a strategic planning session for Rockford Area SHRM. We value and need our members input! We will review RASHRM’s Mission and Vision Statements, complete a SWOT Analysis, and determine RASHRM primary 2019 objectives, goals and action plan.
You will learn the tools to conduct an effective strategic planning session for your own organization!
Immediately following this session, join us for our 2019 Membership Appreciation Event - Please register separately if you're planning to stay! This is a fun time to meet and mingle in a relaxed setting. Dinner and Drinks on us!
