Dave will discuss two important tasks HR Professionals face when administrating a retirement plan: Participant Engagement and Fiduciary Responsibility. He will provide tips and best practices for designing a plan that promotes employee participation and reduces fiduciary risk.

About Dave:
Dave is the former president and CEO of two private companies and the interim president of a public corporation. Using his past business experience and three decades of involvement in the financial services industry, he consults with company owners and entrepreneurs regarding corporate structure, retirement plans and business succession planning. Dave also has extensive knowledge in the Retirement Plan industry. As both a fiduciary and an RIA (Registered Investment Advisor), he not only administers retirement plans for corporations but also conducts numerous educational seminars for companies and/or their employees.
