    Corporate Services, Inc. has an immediate, in-house, career opportunity available in our Rockford, IL, location for a full-time Branch Manager.

    Salary: Starting compensation packages are based on education level, industry experience, and work record of successes.

    Full/Part Time/Hours: full-time

    Shift: Regularly Scheduled Days; Monday through Friday. Must be available for additional hours.

    Duties and Responsibilities :

    Branch Managers are responsible for developing strong, positive relationships with our customers and prospects; overseeing the daily activity of the office; sales calls, cold calls, and other business development activity; staffing and scheduling your office and employees; placing qualified applicants in a variety of positions and more.

    The ideal candidate will possess a business-to-business sales background; a track record of success; a self-starting, motivated, driven-to-excel attitude; proficiency in organizing and attention to detail; the ability to follow a schedule and meet deadlines; the ability to work independently as well as within a team; knowledge of labor and employment law.
