Jim Pirages, Hinshaw and Culbertson and Sam Castree Sr.,Staff Management, Inc. will address recent changes in Federal and State HR law. Focus will be on changes made in the last year, as well as, forecasted adjustments in the HR field for 2015.
Among the hot topics to be addressed are the Ban the Box, Retiree Benefits, Same Sex Marriage, Conceal and Carry, Medical Marijuana, Il Pregnancy Workplace Rights, Union Activates and ACA updates.
